I am now 20 weeks pregnant and my pressure is very low all the time what can I do? Need your advice

You can drink lemon juice mixed with salt and sugar every day, low BP is not a matter of concern unless its very low.

Please take amole amount of fluids..like lemonade and buttermilk with salt..also coconut water as it's a good electrolyte..take care of your diet.. don't stay empty stomach in morning and work...first have something healthy..soak few almonds, one walnut, few raisins and a couple of anjeer overnight..in morning peel almonds and walnut and rest all have with milk...this will keep you energetic..also take proper meals..if sometimes you feel too low have electrol and glucose
