question
I am travelling by flight next week which is of about 1.5 hour with my then 1month old baby. Need suggestions on how to feed the baby during the take off and landing. Should I express milk in 2 bottles? Also will it be fine to feed milk which ll be expressed atleast 4 hours before?

hi Sonal. I recently travelled with my then 1.5 month old.. He slept through take off and landing.. so in order to feed him I had to pinch him to make him suck 😂. Even that did not work during landing and I couldn't feed him then, but he woke up just fine.. cried for a minute or two and then got interested in new things around. u can also try putting cotton in baby's ears.. some ppl say it helps. Carry a nursing cover if u can, it really helped me as all airports do not have feeding rooms. U can feed expressed milk though! N do carry cap and blanket, it gets cold in there n all airlines are not always carrying blankets! Happy Journey!! Keep baby's first boarding pass as a memory 😄

You can feed baby . They even put a cot ion the wall at the front seat everything will be done to comfort you and baby. It is often said to feed baby during take off so that their ears won't pop rest you can consult your paed too

Hai Sonal. No need to worry...as baby is small, it won't be a problem.. Hope you know that...for flight journey, you need to take tickets for baby as wel. ( They don't give extra ticket...but charge 1 k for baby). carry a thick dupatta to cover and feed. Mostly airports will have nursing room..so you can feed baby till you get inside your flight. With newborn baby... every thing will be done in a fast track way. They will issue seat keeping baby in mind and let you inside first. Once you get inside... you can cover and feed again. It's very easy. Just wear front button dress . Babies hardly know anything. They will sleep mostly.
