I am very thin after delivery, so please suggest which food would give more health for me

Hey you can eat high protein diet. Include eggs, milk, pluses , rajma , paneer etc ..you can eat chicken and fish too. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables too as they add to roughage ..take banana milkshake.
