I am8 weeks pregnant...and have severe constipation problem...pls suggest

Constipation in early pregnancy can happen due to hormonal changes. Ensure that you have plenty of water and foods with high fibre. Some foods to include are pears raisins and prunes. If it does not give you relief then speak to your doctor for a mild laxative.

happens. but if excess talk to ua doctor for medicines. and follow ua diet. avoid junk for some time. i know cravings will come up. but avoit as much as possible. take fluids frequently

Constipation is common in pregnancy. However, drink tender coconut water in the morning before breakfast. Have plenty of fluids and water. Try to have small meals in every 2-3 hrs instead of having full stomach in one go. Eating banana, pumpkin also reduces constipation. Also, try to eat healthy, protein rich diet
