I came across many post regarding postpartum depression in moms & new moms.🍁

They are struggling to get out of the symptoms the are going through. And it is necessary too.🍁

Instead of going to doctors and having medication for the same one can overcome with this by doing small activities at home and your surroundings.
You might find it helpful👍
👉 Take time for yourself - keep babysiiter for your child at home so that u can have few time for yourself

👉 Read books - read something new & uplifting choose something positive 🔰

👉focus on lil thing - visit a friend or take a shower or have a walk 👣

👉indulge in something pleasure - listen to music or have tea ☕

👉Be with others - family or frnds or new moms or elders

👉Ask for help- don't evry shy asking help for caring baby or any houshold chores🍁

👉Accept help- by accepting help doesn't make u helpless by reaching out🍁

👉Rest - when baby sleep 😴 you too rest 😪💤till the time he awakes

👉Patience- Be patient know that it will take time to feel better

👉 Keep moving - go for a walk 👣 or do some exercise to make urself relax 😎

👉try to think 💭🤔💭 of something you are greatful for

👉Join a group - join a community to have your time 🕒
And I think this might help other moms 👩as it helped me a lot and my doing it already
