I can't sleep at night before 1.20 or 2.00 am and in morning I don't want to walk up early this problem start after I have conceived 2nd time. I m 19 weeks pregnant

Hi sleeping early is very important, Do not use the mobile phone or watch TV after 8 pm, have early dinner , go for walk and take bath. Have warm milk and try to sleep, always use fresh bed covers and use mild room fresheners.
