I will prefer to actually see the patient before I really opine. this is an off beat situation. many things will have to be considered before giving exact advice. one must rule out an ectopic pregnancy as well

hCG levels will double every 72 hours. The level will reach its peak in the first 8-11 weeks of pregnancy and then will decline and level off for the remainder of the pregnancy.An hCG level of less than 5mIU/ml is considered negative for pregnancy, and anything above 25mIU/ml is considered positive for pregnancy.as mentioned if u r 12weeks pregnant thn hcg level shud be around 20k-2lakhs..
once do USG and ask ur doctor..
