I did not share about my pregnancy in social media till I completed 7 months, The first picture in FB was my baby shower picture, Many personal messages were sent if I'm pregnant.. some thought I got married now only grrr .. but I kept smiling anyways it was not a visible bump that time. Yesterday I put this below picture as my whatsapp DP and one friend of mine question was " HAVE YOU CONCEIVED?" Errrrrrr I typed No I' just hid a pillow but I dint send her.

What would you guys reply in this case? All your suggestions are most welcome .😅😅😅
