i dont feel like to excercise.. i hv a big tummy left aftter my c sec ... running after d child whole day makes me so tierd n lazy in my free time... m a homemaker..plz guide n share ur experiences with me so i get inspired...

i would suggest u to have herballife shakes at home .....i used to have it before my pregnancy and i will join it again after the delivery .....the shakes are vey helpfull in reducing the weight....see this pic she is user of herballife ....she looks fab n she is a mother of two kids

I know how you feel.. I was in the same boat till high cholesterol and borderline diabetes came knocking on my door.. I dodged the above but did develop Osteoporosis.. So now even if i want to.. i cannot really push myself to work out<br> I urge you to avoid bringing yourself into the situation I got myself into..

that shud be motivation enough. wont u like to be fit and energetic as ur child grows ?? thats my motivation.. i want to be fit when my kids become teenagers.. i domt want to that mom who is huffing and puffing with no energy and is on bed with one or the other disease.

well a gud workout changes ur body frm inside and out. ur hormones get better, u have better and more energy and u look good.
