I don't have fever but my pulse rate is 130. My doctor prescribed me to take DOLO for 3 days. Is it safe to have dolo.

Yes.. 2 days ago I vomitted thrice and had pain in stomach. I visited my doctor and she gv me drotin ND <u>dolo</u>
