I don't like to eat nonveg but it is good for health so what should I do . I always get vomit feeling when I try to eat

Don’t eat if you don’t like.. you can always have veg alternatives.. have healthy food include lots of veggies and fruits in ur diet..

Hey please do not force yourself to eat non veg if you do not like it ...you can eat paneer , soya chunks , curd and other things which will compensate for it ...tc

Dear, there's no rule that says non veg is better than veg or vice versa. To all his own!! You need to be at healthy, nutritious and balanced that's it's be it veggie or non veg. Take your pick K. Remember to not try anything new or try something by force when pregnant.

Dont worry !! There are many veg alternates too which are healthy.. no need to start non veg
