i have the same situation have to join offc next month but my mother in law would be in charge of my daughter. see if u can convince either dadi or nani of ur dear child to come n take care of him for some time till the nanny learns how to do the job. alternatively u three should spend time together taking turns to play with him or feeding him.go for walks. once he wud feel safe with her ur prob is solved. do not leave them alone as both of them are new to each other n are scared. u r the one who can bring them together. al d best .

it's ok let her handle the situation n let baby get&nbsp; used to her...it's good to keep nanny at least a month before u leave ur baby wid her..let them take their own to get adjusted to each <u>other</u>
