hi nasrin, i had c-section and it was a planned one, doctor gave me the date 3 weeks prior... but i always dreamed of normal delivery. when i came to know aboit c-section i felt bad, but was happy that i would soon meet my baby. visualize your baby dear, the fear will go away... let me tell you one thing, the entire delivery, you are not going to feel any more pain than that of an injection... only after delivery the stiches pain is there, but by then you have yoir precious baby in your arms.. remember, no matter how much pain you feel after c-section, the next day you have to walk.. the more you walk each day, the better your recovery... by 4 th day i was walking a lot.... it helps to prevent blood clots and gas problems, and also helps with motions.. dont worry dear, millions of moms have gone through this and are happy moms...
