I exclusively Bf my 50days old baby 10 times a day (both as she demands and by schedues) for 20 minutes (slightly here and there she sleeps). Still do i need to pump milk after each session? I hav manual pump with pressing ball to extract milk which gives pain fr me and couldnot see milk more than 20ml..
No there is no need to pump, and there will be a huge difference between pumping milk and baby latching sucking. Never go by pumping milk quantity it will always be less. I have been breastfeeding for past 15 months and I have never pumped. Latching and sucking increases the milk supply.
