Feeling warm and breathless during pregnancy is very normal. Sleep slightly inclined and avoid sleeping on your back to take care of breathlessness. Also wear loose cotton night wear.

This is quite normal. As pregnancy advances, we feel breathing issues at night or when lying down coz of growing belly and baby. It is also normal to feel hot
