I get stressed a lot at work and even after that. My job is very hectic. But can the stress also be because of hormonal changes?

It would help to keep a track of the things that stress you at work. See if a pattern emerges .<br>
At the same time it's important to find ways to De stress too!<br>
Look for things that help divert your mind ,; a small pocket book of puzzles. Mandala; colouring sheets etc.<br>
The moment u feel the onset of distress...try and move yourself out from that situation for a bit. Take your mind to a calmer and happier space. Once calm you will be able to address the situation; better.

Relax chill, and yoga meditation positive affirmation walk music n many more things are the key of stress buster.... Pick any1 atleast for first 21 days regularly n den it wl be yr practice... N m sure it wl u to release yr stress.

Actually stress leads to improper hormonal secretions.. here you need to relax yourself and make some time for meditation, if you are in stressful job- then make it a point to take some head massage or hair spa.. include more fresh fruits and veggies, drink more water- these helps you to keep fresh..
