I got my sugar test done on 2nd jan, it's 134. So doctor told me to cut on extra sugar products. But; i crave badly for chocolates, pastries and other sweet products. What should I do to ensure that my sugar comes under control before my next sugar test. Also how to cover these sugar cravings!?

Firstly try to cut down on Carbs.Carbs are broken down into glucose, which raises blood sugar levels. Reducing carbohydrate intake can help with blood sugar control. Drink water and stay hydrated, include fibre rich diet like fruits n veggies, do exercise like brisk walking, running. Cinnamon extract and apple cider vinegar also help. You should replace refined sugar with palm sugar or jaggery
