It could be due to water retention, or excess salt intake. Dont worry control your salt intake. avoid fatty, fried, processed and frozen fruits. add more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet, exercise daily or go for walks

Hey ritu, the swelling could be due to excess salt in your regular food. You can avoid eating packet food and stick to home food. have lots of liquids. Take ORS ,lemon water, normal juices ,which helps to be better. Go for small wals of 10 mins everyday
