I had my ultrasound on 20th October and it says placenta is growing posteriorly low lying.. on 23rd October I had NT Scan and it says placenta is along anterior wall. Are these both reports are same or i m confused? Please make it clear

Placenta usually displaces, because of fetal growth.. no need to worry
