Sumera<br> Cold is a viral infection. It gets infected very easily to the other one. Use an hand kerchief while coughing, wash your hands properly, don't kiss your baby or bring them near u while coughing. Drink lot of water. Take medication to get it settled. That's all u can do.

its normal for the child to get cold from the mother don't worry this will <u>help</u> build immunity and you can have good amount of honey and Ginger along with turmeric milk while u feed ur baby.
