I have 2 month baby...Sunday morning 3am by mistake I consume dettol ...immediate I admit hospital ...today I came back to home...now can I feed my baby or I need to check with my gynic ...because I feel little amount of dettol might be mix with my breast milk which can harm my baby...kindly suggest me what should I do

the person who treated me in hospital the same doctor only suggested me that I can feed my baby ...as they did stomach wash ...but still i had doubt so I just wanted to confirm
