I have 3 b month baby..N i love under continuous pressure of feeding him wid formula...as my milk is insufficient for him...thou I try to only give it twice or thrice a day n rest my feed..what should I do??
along with perinorm tab. once a day

i faced same situation of milk inadequacy... den i started taking lactare tablets to increase milk supply take 2 in morning n 2 in night. .it's ayurvedic. available at all medical stores. . pink color capsules. . my gynaec has prescibed. . it won't harm ...
