i have 3 months baby. .after delivery it is paining when i press the stomach. .c-section only. .it is not paining during periods

You are recovering from major abdominal surgery. It will take a long time to heal, and even then it would be normal to feel pain at the sight of the incision. Your uterus could still be shrinking back down to size which is going to make it hurt all the more. It may be healed on the outside, but there is still a lot of healing and mending being down on the inside. Just remember if it take a year to two years for a woman to fully heal from childbirth, imagine how long it will take for a woman to heal from childbirth and a C-section.. i would suggest you, rest more and stop heavy lifting or strenous work... take help from family members.. and take an opinion from your doctor too..
