I have a 2months old baby. I'm pumping and bottle feeding him twice or thrice a day to ensure he is getting enough milk. Does using bottle cause any dental issues or any other issues for baby?

no dental issues but you must use an appropriate bottle & nipple only after 2 months. i'm sharing a helpful article with you.
