question
I have a doubt. Is the intake of fluid is the only factor which determines afi level during pregncy.

In last scan my afi level was just adequate. My doct told if i can increase my hb level, afi will also increase automatically. My In laws nd hubby is blaming that I may not b drinking enugh water. Statrng of my pregncy onwds i m drinking 4 to 5 ltrs of water.

Dont worry. Follow Dr. Shilpithas advice.
There r maternal n fetal factors responsible fr maintaining af level.
Afi has a range of normal.
It doesnt mean higher is better. Its great tht u r drinking 4 l water.
theres no clear cause n effect always.
Afi level purely depends on so many factors like- hb level, blood sugar level, water inputs n outputs etc.. adequate level of afi is absolutely normal.. there is nothing to increase anything as such..
