I have a kid nearing 3 years. hence i have almost weaned her and she fully takes solid foods and least dependent on my milk. now my supply has decreased to a few drops and my husband wants me to increase it and feed him. He loves me a lot and I do not want to disappoint him. please help how can I increase and maintain my supply for a few years from now.

thanks so much, i have 2 queries further, how difficult it is to increase when the baby is around 3 years old (the baby doesnt need it but if we want to do it for ourselves) and should i start using a breast pump in addition to the foods to increase lactation for my husband
