I have a maid who comes for dishes, she eats gutka. The worry for me is i have a year old baby whom she holds a lot... Does her gutka eating habit can affect my baby in terms of any illness.
Hi tell her not to eat ghutka while coming to your place and never let her kiss the baby.

You can ask her to avoid eating while handling the baby.. i had a maid like this , i actually have headache in that Smell. Can't tolerate the smell and the spitting in my wash basin or bathroom ... Tell her its bad for jer health too.
