I have delivered a baby girl with forceps delivery on 3 August. I got my 1st periods on 9 September ...flow was normal and for 7 days...but this month from 8 Oct only spotting is there...

Getting periods after delivery whether normal or Caesarean varies from the very next month to a year.
So it is normal to have menses one month after delivery.
Menses also depend upon your breastfeeding habits whether you are exclusively feeding your baby or baby also takes topfeed.
However I would like to add that once you start getting periods after delivery you can also conceive if pr8ecautions not used so just rule out .

How is that??? Usually the after delivery flow lasts upto any day between 10 to 20 days and comes very late. I hv delivered vaginaly in june and haven't got my periods yet. And so is the things with other few who have delivered around me naturally.
