I have delivery in Oct 2016....when can I start with workout and exercises to reduce my weight?

For a vaginal birth about one and half to two months and a surgical birth two to three months. It also depends on your body. If you feel comfortable then you can start.

hi. It is very important that you take it slow as your body needs to recover and it depends upon person to perosn's recovery. Once ur doctor gives a go ahead to workouts, you can always do some light walks and few exercises. I would rather suggest u consult a post natal consultant for this. where r u based ?
