You can chk with ur gynac once, in my 9 month checkup.; My gynac suggested me to do massage. I delivered baby after full term, so i don't think there r any side effect but still i will suggest to chk with ur gynac before going ahead.

Gently massage it will oil and pull out the nipple area. Do it daily till u deliver and don't worry if it dont come out once ur baby comes he will do it for you.
