I have four months baby boy, i observed his body temperature in day time and night time. In day time he is fine with normal temp, but in night time temp got increased  every day, otherthan this everything is fine(drinking milk, playing). Why temperature/body heat got increased only in night time.he is exclusively on breastfeed..

Can you please advice and provide your suggestions
