That's a myth, my doc suggested me to wear bra n trust me till date I have no issues with milk supply

No that’s myth... wear loose bra not very tight fitting one.. or buy nursing bra..

There is nothing like that dear..please wear a bra which is not too tight..can buy a good nursing bra..helps in breastfeeding also

No such issue in wearing bra. I also started wearing bra just after my delivery. Rather it prevents breast sagging. If you are comfortable do wear it.
