Hey. Take plenty of rest/ bed rest, avoid exercising, bending, rat healthy , drink plenty of water, avoid any kind of physical jerks, and most importantly follow your doctor's treatment and advise .

Hey Madhumanti, it is perceived that a good sleeping position for a low-lying placenta is lying on the left side of the body. This is the safest and most comfortable position for you and your baby. This position will increase the flow of blood and other important nutrients to your baby through the placenta.. You can have your regular visit to the doctor as per her instructions
