I have my last period on 2 feb but till 23 march I have no period I checked and find a positive result than after that I visited to dr. She said do tomography after one week I did it on yesterday but in tomography report it showed only 6 week gastrulation period and dr asked if I had any bleeding et all . I said no; now I am very worried as dr. Said may be in one week u have bleeding if you don't have than come after week again I will take ultrasound . I want to asked if that is possible my baby is 6 week and because I did sexual intercourese in 2 march so I thought may be this conceiving on that day I am so worried and confused please help and advoice
