I have not started tummy time for my baby. He s exactly 2 months old now. Can I start tummy time now. Is there any disadvantage of not starting it early.
As soon as she completed 3 months.

Hi it's not mandatory , I never gave tummy time to my daughter. If you are giving make sure you are sitting next the baby and not more than 5 minutes.
