Yes you can..I have been a hypothroid mom and have breastfed my child for more than a year..I had developed Thyroid just before Pregnancy..so my doctor has suggested to keep getting my levels checked every couple of months and also I had taken medicine given by doctor very regularly..so please consult your doctor
