It's quite normal in 7 month becoz of baby pressure ..feel baby movement if it is proper than all ok if u have any doubt visit hr dr. Immidietly...and Rebecca is ryt keep ur body hydrated ..take plenty of water ...

Mild pain is normal in pregnancy but if the pain and cramps is unbearable then let your doctor know. Dehydration causes pain so drink plenty of water and see.
