I too have thyroid but I've sufficient milk supply for my lo. Try feeding ur baby frequently it will stimulate those hormones which produce milk. If it doesn't helps pls see a doc for this.

Is there a reason why you feel baby is not satisfied Bela? What is the baby's pee count ? Is the baby gaining weight? And is the baby active ?
