I have twins of 5 months.They r reluctant to feed brest milk.My brest milk is not enough for them.They have to feed Nan right after his birth due to inadequacy my breast milk.They feeds Nan.They also feed brest milk a little.But now they r reluctant.Now I want to know how can I increase brest feeding and breast milk also??? Plz help

Hey you can have jeera have milk 2 -3 times a day & yes Pump as much as you can after evry 2-3 hour try lactation supplements like vardaan from mothersaprsh

Hi keep latching that's the way to increase your breast milk. Include lot of jeera, saunf, ajwain, daliya, oats, dry fruits, nuts, milk and milk products in your diet regularly. Drink plenty of water.
