I have two questions one regarding myself and one for my baby I wear my baby diaper in d night is it safe and I want any exercise to lose calf muscles fat old advice

Diaper is safe only...better u can use cloth diapers..if any rashes appear apply rashes cream.

Diaper is not an issue .. continue..walking should help.. can try zumba or yoga.

Hii khushi, diapers are safe...But you will have to change it every 4 to 5 hours. <br> Losing weight from any specific part is not really possible. You will loose weight overall. You can do crunches, jumping hacks, plank, squats, climbing hill, high knees kind of exercises. Don't forget to stretch.
