i have undergone C-section 6weeks back  ..so hw vil my tummy b back to normal....I Luk 6mnths pregnant.

long way to go mummy I can feel u it's d feeling which is depressing but it's too early to think about a workout or diet , try keep it self mobile walk walk and eat good healthy and never skip anymeal ur baby needs u more keep us self hydrated and after 4th month u can start workout if he gynec suggest and gives you green signal

it will take time Rosina.. I m also a c sec mom.. it's been 6 months till now my tummy is not into shape.. you can wear a abdominal belt for support.. and after 3 months you can start with <u>brisk</u> walks... and after 6 months start with exercises... till then eat healthy... dnt eat fried or sugary items.. and drink lots of water... and give your body time to heal.. take care.

It will take time. Once wound is healed.. try using Abdominal belt or tie old saree for tummy. After 6 month start walking and stretching exercises.
