I haven't been posting much since a while. Honestly, I had nothing much to share. The "keep going you've got this" message lost its value when I got very comfortable working from home, managing my son's school, and handling daily chores. Life moves on. As it will for each one of you.
.
But I found this seven year old picture lying in my gallery, and I realized how hopeful and positive it is. This was taken in Kerala, in 2013 with a very rudimentary Samsung Corby phone. I don't even know what megapixel it had but this striking natural beauty is totally unedited and unfiltered.
.
There is light at the end of the tunnel, and we all will get to the other side. Suddenly, the message "Keep going, you've got this" makes complete sense.
. The world may not seem all that great now, but yet it is important to ponder on small wins and achievements. How well have you handled yourself when you time and again thought you would fail? it's just not a matter of discipline, but a matter of utmost resilience and perseverance that drives you every single day to get up and propel yourself; to embrace every moment.
.
This is just the right time to sit back and reflect on those times; where you successfully fought off all the negative thoughts and smiled away to keep yourself sane and healthy.
.
It is now only a while, there is peace and happiness just around the corner. Do not lose hope. Hope is the best gift you can give yourself. It's free, contagious, and a sure mood uplifter. And definitely always remember "you've got this, and you will reach the other end of the tunnel
