I checked on 15 may it was showing 1545 @616d5a27c1b4770013bcb718 I did scan also it showed empty sac . Doctor has advised me to go for scan after two weeks but since yesterday I am spotting dark brown discharge.. what should I do . I am crying since morning

Check your beta hcg level and also a scan is mandatory..
