i hv been suffering from involuntary passage of urine since my delivery byt of late it has increased. with a cough or a sneeze i pass urine without any control. any remedies ? shuld a consult gynae or urologist

This happens due to weak pelvic floor muscles. You should ideally start with a physiotherapist or pregnancy consultant who can help with pelvic floor rehab exercises.
