Kangaroo mother care and expressed breast milk is all that u can do for the baby now. Follow the doctor's advice. Don't be in any hurry to get the baby out of nicu. Ensure complete healtha nd the doctor's satisfaction before discharge from nicu. Be stressfree as much as possible. Take good rest and take diet necessary for lactation. Doctor might have prescribed lactaways granules for breast milk production. Then take it with milk twice a day. Hydration is very important for breast milk. Drink lot of water. Don't ever cry. Water loss will occur from ur eyes and there Will b nothing for breast milk. Garlic saboo kheer jeera saunf methi all these will help increase ur breast milk supply. So do everything it takes for ur baby with a strong determination and hope. My prayers are with you and baby. I can understand the pain as i was running about the nicu from day 3 of the surgery fir my baby. Still my baby was in nicu for 10 days. Its difficult but will give u happiness later.

Secondly premature babies need a lot of care n may be in hospital all needs can be sufficed. So you don't have an option but being stressed your breast milk can; b impacted so take care of urself <u>too</u>
