I just came to know that the hospital where I'm going to deliver will not bathe the baby.. , Is this the procedure followed by all the hospital?; And after how many days we can give bath? A friend of mine says she dint give bath for 6 days after coming home. I'm all confused.
In hospital they just use wet cotton dipped in hot water to clean the baby every morning. I <u>gave</u> proper bath to baby after coming home.

May be for preterm or if any other issues, they don't give. For my baby they gave right from Day 1. Even my baby was in NICU.
