I know it's late, but honestly I get to touch my phone only when I am free. So, with my girl sleeping beside me, here I post what I gave her for breakfast! Banana Strawberry Almond Smoothie It's replete with vitamins and healthy fats yet it's absolutely wholesome! Ingredients⬇️
One glass of milk
Three fourth parts of a big banana
Three to four strawberries
Five to six almonds
One tsp of honey
Flakes of dark chocolate for topping (optional) Procedure⬇️
Blend everything in a blender.
Serve it in a glass
Grate a few flaked of dark chocolate for garnishing You can easily add or lessen some ingredients based on your child's tastes. My girl almost hates bananas and everything sweet, so I kept three fourth parts of a banana and just a tsp of honey. You can add more or less sweetness according to your preferences. I guess I can give this smoothie in a puree form to even babies. Moms what do you think? Is it suitable for babies?
