Now after 1st trimester i have changed my dr.
She has changed the medicine
She has prescribed tab Richar CR & tab calventra
Richar CR is for folic acid
Can anyone let me knw the best time to take this medicine
And before lunch after lunch....??

if you consume folic acid and iron caps before food may lead to severe gastritis.. hence, it should not be taken before food.. i think you have confused with the medicines.. no doctor advise like that.. please confirm again..
