i m 17 weeks pregnant...what should i do for normal delivery because i m afraid from c section i want normal delivery plz suggest..

don't worry dear. It's not in our hands. You eat healthy. b actv. ask with ur doct nd do some xcercices nd yoga.do walking in morng nd nght.

hey...there is nothing to worry..i too had c section..i was very active in my whole pregnancy i went at my work on last day also before labour pain started..i did everything yoga ..exercise. ..good diet...at the last it end up to cesarean bcoz my baby head was little big and cannot make space to come out...u have to leave some part on destiny too..and c section is not bad..even my scar is also disappeared..now a days moms are choosing c section..its time to enjoy this journey it won't come back leave stress behind it will effect your <u>baby</u>
