i m 21 weeks pregnant....bt in 5th month i put on 3kgs...i m 76.5kg...hw to control the weight....dr. told me to reduce salt intake... i m taking curd chaas salads without salt....what to do plz suggest...my height is 5'4...i strted my pregnancy with 68.5kg

Get active if not already. Walks and other form of activities will keep a check on your health. Weight gain seems ok. Some gain too much while some don't gain much. Anyway eat healthy and avoid junk etc. Tk smaller portions at meals and have meals at a gap of 2hrs.

That's fine don't worry... Avoid fatty food like ghee etc , avoid salt. If doctor is ok then do little bit of walking and yoga.
